My experience with Michael the owner and Magda the designer who worked with him at Connstruct LLC was absolutely wonderful.First Michael had the knowledge necessary to plan and complete the renovation of my old home. He is always available to talk to about what is being done or what you feel needs to be done. He was able to obtain architectural plans and permits necessary to complete the job as quickly possible. He had access to very capable subcontractors and has very good relations with them. He always listened to my opinion and when possible used it to shape the final project. He also brought in a designer he is affiliated with to help decide what color the paint should be, pick the tile , and coordinate what furniture and appliances would be appropriate.
Our family is very very pleased with the resulting newly renovated home . Dealing with Mike and Magda is always a pleasure.Both of them are experts at their craft , honest, and have very pleasant dispositions.
